- Refunds After Service Has Started
If work on the service has begun but is not yet complete, we will assess the refund amount based on the work already performed and the actual progress of the service.
If the digital deliverables have been completed and handed over, refund requests based on changes in personal preference are generally not accepted.
- Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request meeting the eligibility criteria is approved, we typically process the refund within 3–5 business days.

- Service Adjustments
If there is a significant discrepancy between the delivered web design and the service requirements confirmed by both parties, the client may contact us with feedback within 7 days of receiving the digital deliverables.
We will make reasonable adjustments or corrections based on the specific circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
The client has confirmed and accepted the final deliverables;
The digital service has been completed and delivered;
Cancellation is requested due to a change in the client’s personal preference;
The service cannot proceed because the client failed to provide necessary project materials in a timely manner;
The completed service content has already been used by the client.
